I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 2000, I have worked in the healthcare field as an administrative assistance. I was a single mother providing for myself and two beautiful little girls. One thing I will never forget is the overwhelming feeling I felt trying to keep up with the high cost of living.
In 2009, my mother passed away, and by way of the courts’ I was appointed to serve as administrator of her estate. This was my first introduction into real estate, managing the assets and liabilities of my mother’s estate. I also met my husband that year and by 2010, I had given birth to an adorable baby boy.
In 2015, I took a bold step! With my husband working in the food industry, I left my stressful job in healthcare and cashed out my 401k, which was about $40,000 at the time to use as a down payment to purchase some income producing property, that was in distress. I was able to put 10% of the value of the property down and I used the rest to fix the property up.
Today, I own six units and as a landlord, I have been very passionate about the needs of others. I pride myself on bringing peace of mind to families struggle especially single parents with the ever-changing market. I am providing my tenants with peace, comfort, and with affordable housing.
Since vacationing to South Carolina, for the past few years, I am proud to say that not only am I a South Carolina Realtor, I also live here, and my passion is to help people with their needs and goals.
