You made it here! And you're probably looking to learn a little more about me. So where should I start? I feel like I've grown up in Columbia my entire life. Although I was not born here, a part of me calls it home. Originally raised in the small town of Rembert, SC (I bet no one knows where this is, spell checker even tried to change it)....I was always fascinated when I saw lots being cleared and homes being built for families in the area. It's a process that I would ultimately see myself playing a role in. Although the outdoor loving side of me appreciates the beauty of the natural landscaping - there is no place quite like home, especially watching it develop from the ground up.
Naturally, I'd go on to receive my SC Real Estate License and eventually come onboard with an excellent brokerage right here in Columbia. Now prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Physical Education & Fitness and Wellness and went on to receive my Physical Therapy Assistant license. From the beginning, I was labeled "drill sergeant" - I've never asked why. At times I've heard "Tiffany just won't let up", "she gets straight to it", or "Tiffany just doesn't quit." The years spent practicing Physical Therapy in nursing facilities and home healthcare allowed me to meet, educate, love on, and care for so many. I also found myself continuing to admire homes, subdivisions, and established developments in the Columbia area. So here I am, full time Realtor. Everything in life has its pros and cons. However, being an advocate (or drill sergeant - whichever suits for you) for those that I work with, whether it was in healthcare or real estate, are two of the best decisions I've ever made.
During my personal time, you'll probably find me "heading to church", shopping, doing family activities, working out, laughing it up with friends, "going to the mountains", at a random outdoor adventure event, or simply enjoying life.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I'm very much looking forward to getting to know you as well!
With the deep comfort and familiarity as a lifelong Lexington County area resident, Beth Gossett moves easily through all the different areas of the Midlands. “As a native of the Midlands area, my clients rely on my knowledge of local markets and statistics". Beth's eye for detail along with her friendly nature means that every transaction is completed with the kind of attention each buyer and seller deserve. Most importantly Beth knows communication is the only way to make sure no one is left to wonder what is going on in the transaction. They have the information as soon as Beth does! Information and communication have been a part of Beth’s career since her first full-time position. Beth enjoyed working in the medical and insurance industry as well as in the customer service arena. Working with people showed Beth that she is a true “people” person – a great listener, patient and considerate, with a terrific sense of humor. Like many real estate professionals, Beth’s interest in real estate began with her own personal experiences. Instead of going straight into real estate sales, she had a particular interest in the details of appraising real estate so she became a Certified Residential Appraiser. She continues to hold an inactive appraiser's license. Beth has the ability to educate her clients on not just the real estate transaction and the home, but also on local market statistics and the value of real estate. But don’t let the details and the numbers fool you. Beth is a natural “people” person with dynamic southern charm. Her tagline, “As Southern as Sweet Tea in a Mason Jar” says it all! You can’t get much more southern than Beth and she enjoys introducing her clients to everything southern. As Beth tells her clients " let me give you a tour of my South Carolina where the summers are Famously Hot, the people are always polite and Sweet Tea is the table wine of choice."
Originally from California, I moved here in 2005 after serving in the Armed Forces for 21 years. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina. I am proud to be married to my awesome wife Dee Anne for 28 years. I am a father of 5 great children and 6 grandchildren.
My husband Jerry and I’ve called the Columbia area home for two decades now. After leaving my job in software to pursue my passions, art and decorating, I realized that I could help a lot of people as a REALTOR®. It is exciting and challenging to help new friends find their forever home, or to help stage and sell so they can move on to the next step in their lives. I've lived in Northeast Columbia, Shandon and Irmo, and I know the best places to live and raise a family. For many, purchasing a home is one of the largest investments you will make. With investments, we often look to qualified professionals to guide us through the process, and real estate should be no different. Selecting a dedicated, qualified REALTOR® to help navigate your home buying and selling decisions is essential! As your REALTOR® my goal is to help you find exactly what you desire in your next home. Count on me for "3D service" Dedicated, Dependable, Determined!

I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 2000, I have worked in the healthcare field as an administrative assistance. I was a single mother providing for myself and two beautiful little girls. One thing I will never forget is the overwhelming feeling I felt trying to keep up with the high cost of living.
In 2009, my mother passed away, and by way of the courts’ I was appointed to serve as administrator of her estate. This was my first introduction into real estate, managing the assets and liabilities of my mother’s estate. I also met my husband that year and by 2010, I had given birth to an adorable baby boy.
In 2015, I took a bold step! With my husband working in the food industry, I left my stressful job in healthcare and cashed out my 401k, which was about $40,000 at the time to use as a down payment to purchase some income producing property, that was in distress. I was able to put 10% of the value of the property down and I used the rest to fix the property up.
Today, I own six units and as a landlord, I have been very passionate about the needs of others. I pride myself on bringing peace of mind to families struggle especially single parents with the ever-changing market. I am providing my tenants with peace, comfort, and with affordable housing.
Since vacationing to South Carolina, for the past few years, I am proud to say that not only am I a South Carolina Realtor, I also live here, and my passion is to help people with their needs and goals. I enjoy building relationships and networking at community events. Being a real estate agent to me is more than just renting, buying and selling houses, it is the humbleness to know that I have an active role in changing lives, building trust and helping people find a better quality of life, is as important to me as it is to them.
If you are looking to purchase, or sell a property please do not hesitate to contact me by phone at 857-236-5806. Or via email at email@example.com.
A knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and dedicated FULL-TIME agent who has used her experience as an Army wife to become exceptional at assisting with relocation and finding the PERFECT neighborhood for her clients.
Being a transplant myself, I know it's sometimes difficult to move to a new place where you know very few people, sometimes none outside your own home. I moved from Ohio in 1990 with my husband and two little ones. We knew no one, and it wasn't easy, but we fell in love with Lexington and came to appreciate all the Columbia Metro area had to offer. We have plenty of entertainment, shopping and restaurants, and we are close to several airports, making travel easier. The weather is one of my favorite things about South Carolina! All four seasons are pleasant, and there's just enough change that we get to experience the beauty of green grass, changing leaves and an occasional snow flake. I've had my Real Estate license since 2006 and my Broker's license since 2009. I manage the Lexington office and have about 45 great agents that work with buyers and sellers. We are very diverse with agents who speak Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Spanish and more! We look forward to helping you with all your Real Estate needs.
